Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping Policy
We ship to all EU member states and selected European countries. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Western Europe (DE, FR, NL, BE, AT, CH): 7–14 business days
- Southern Europe (ES, PT, IT, GR): 10–16 business days
- Northern Europe (SE, DK, NO): 10–16 business days
- Eastern Europe (PL, CZ, HR): 12–18 business days
Orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
