Because these items are organic and evolve with your care, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. We believe each treasure is meant to find its permanent home and grow alongside its owner.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS 💥
While we meticulously hand-check every piece before it leaves our studio, we understand that "life happens." If your order arrives damaged or there is a significant mismatch with what you expected, please contact us at syy1967704637@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the item and its packaging. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to find a thoughtful and fair resolution.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
